　　宁夏诚德汽车轴承制造有限公司(以下简称公司)坐落于黄河西岸，贺兰山东麓，北临沙湖旅游区，东临国家生态湿地公园鸣翠湖，素有“塞上江南”美誉的银川市。公司注册资金 1000 万元，截止2022 年底企业拥有总资产 5000 万元，属民营股份制企业。公司占地面积 7000 平方米，拥有员工65 人，其中各类工程技术人员 20 人。技术力量雄厚，工艺设备先进，主导产品为重型汽车轴承(关节、止推、圆锥)和各类汽车止推环(隔环、止推环、支承环、衬套、油封座及隔套)等环套类产品，年产值 4000 万元，年产量可达 60余万件(套)，现已配套陕西汉德车桥有限公司，包头北奔桥箱公司、北京众力福田车桥有限公司、青岛青特众力车桥有限公司、诸城市义和车桥有限公司、山东光岳转向节有限责任公司、湖北三环锻造有限公司，主要产品辐射多个商用车品牌：陕西重汽、三一汽车、徐工汽车、北奔重卡。

　　公司成立于 2008 年，宁夏回族自治区高新技术企业;是科技型中小企业重点支持的企业之一。公司成立之初，考虑到企业的长远发展，在人力配备、工艺制定及设备选型方面立足于高起点、高品味追求，投入了大量资金，配备的制造及检测设备皆为国内知名企业所生产的先进设备，如：无锡超音频淬火炉、宝鸡机床数控车、汉口电炉渗碳炉、陕西机床滚道磨、无锡开源自动内圆磨、贵阳险峰外圆磨、湖北二机盘套车、大连机床数控车等。经过不断的更新换代及技术改造，公司已拥有两条轴承、止推环生产流水线，共 62 台(套)生产设备。现有设备自动化程度高，生产效率高，性能稳定可靠，突出体现在 “加工制造自动化、数字化、智能化”的特点。

By the end of 2022,the enterprise has total assets of 50million yuan, which is a private jointstock enterprise. The company covers an area of 7000 square meters and has 65 employees, including 20 engineering and technical personnel. With strong technical force and advanced process equipment, the leading products are heavyduty vehicle bearings(joints, thrust rings,cones) and various vehicle thrust rings (spacer rings, thrust rings, support rings, bushings, oil seal seats and spacer sleeves) and other ring sleeve products, with an annual output value of 40million yuan and an annual output of more.
